The 1966 approval contemplated roughly 280 units on 14 acres. The 2026 application proposes 306 using a modern bonus-unit mechanism that did not exist in 1966. The county has not yet ruled on whether that interpretation of a 60-year-old document is valid. November 4th is that ruling.
