However, you and your agent can take high-quality photos on your own if you’re willing to invest the time and energy. Here are 10 mistakes to avoid with your listing photos:

It is imperative that to choose 20 or so high quality photos over 40-60 so so photos. Less is more. Posting the appropriate number of photos is also a MUST do. Too many so-so photos that don’t show off the property appropriately but too many only confuse the buyer regarding number of rooms, etc.

Remember, search begins online and is the “curb appeal” first impression. Do not go cheap on the photos and do not try to make up for it with too many photos.
